Returns & Exchanges Policy
Withinblack LLC is a U.S.-registered company. Returns are handled by our return center in Istanbul, Türkiye.
1. 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Orders placed with a discount code are eligible for returns. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
Email info@withinblack.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 2 business days with approval and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the item price is refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Because shipping and duties were free for you, nothing is deducted from your refund. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. Check our Size Guide before ordering to find your best fit.
6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — you won't need to pay any return shipping.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
9. Legal Notice
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye.
