Withinblack LLC – Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Note: Withinblack LLC is a U.S.-registered company. However, all shipments and returns are handled from our operational center in Istanbul, Türkiye.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A valid order confirmation or order number is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Intimate or hygienic goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings)
  • Digital products (e-books, software, etc.)
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  1. Email info@withinblack.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If the item is damaged, please include photos/videos for documentation.
  3. Wait for approval. Do not send back any items before receiving authorization.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Use a trackable shipping service.
  • Once received and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Any shipping, customs, or handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

4. Exchanges

  • For size or color exchanges, contact us at info@withinblack.com to check availability.
  • The customer covers the return shipping. Additional shipping costs may apply for the new item.

5. Damaged Items

  • Report any damaged items within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Include visual proof (photos/videos) in your email.
  • If verified, we’ll arrange the return or replacement at no cost to you.

6. Legal Notice

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye.
