1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized Products: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@withinblack.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: Once approved, pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided in our response. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
